@sue_shawcross bake them in tin foil with some dried fruit or chocolate. Smoothies or how about banana and chocolate chip muffins !

#DailyKitchenLive to prolong broccoli, remove from plastic, slice a little off the end, then stand it in a jam jar or glass of water. Keep in the fridge. Great for single people or if not using the whole head at once. Just cut off what you need.

@BootstrapCook #DailyKitchenLive I have a bag in the freezer in which we save our veg trimmings, onion skins, garlic ends etc, basically everything chopped off the ends. When there’s enough pop it all in water you’ve cooked veg in for extra flavour for 30 mins, great veg stock 👍
