In 2017 I was very angry that I felt @TheBMA didn't represent my views or those of people I worked with. I went to a conference; JMF. I realised that there are ways to get our voice heard and I caught the bug to get more involved

Unexpected start to 2023: routine mammogram has led to diagnosis of grade 4 breast cancer with chest and abdomen lymphatic spread. Starting chemo soon!
