facial dysmorphia

Hey, I’m Just a person with facial dysmorphia and I don’t know how to manage it, I have tried to search info on internet but it hasn’t been of much help. Soooo I’m making his account for the people that doesn’t know how to manage it or has some doubts about it.

@scragggly Ik, and a lot of people having it and hiding it from their friends/family is even worse

It’s makes me really angry just to thing how many people are trying to fight against it and others just resting it importance.

(My opinion) I don’t understand why facial dysmorphia is not being talked about or why a lot of people with a lack of information says it is not real.

Others don’t even know how they look like, in my case every time I see me on a mirror I see different faces. But in scientific words facial dysmorphia is a body dysmorphia disorder (BDD).
