@HP thats a shame that company as big as @HP conducted an unreliable service like the unauthorized service centers else where. Considering the price of the color laser toners are 1/5 of the printer's price, its a total rip off by authorized service center. You should fix this.

@HP I got ripped off by HP Indonesia from servicing a laser printer. I submitted the printer with full toner tanks, and they returned empty on CMY toner cartridges. A week later the same error happened again and I delivered back to the same HP center and they returned empty black
