@DrViswanathRed1 Giardiasis with recurrent episodes of diarrhoea, endoscopy pic looks like duodenal lymphoid hyperplasia also….CVID is strong possibility, I will do IgG and IgM and see the antibody response to vaccine like Hep B.

A less common case for discussion. 50 year old male with history of recurrent painless diarrhoea associated with weight loss which transiently improves with antibiotics. No steatorrhea. No wheat intolerance Mild pallor and no organomegaly. Endoscopy and D2 biopsy….
