@RupertLowe10 Sometimes it’s hard to remember an appointment when the nhs schedule it for 9 months time and manage to rearrange it for a later date 4 times in a row .

We should start fining people for missing an NHS appointment without an evidenced reason, or cancelling in good time.
It's rude, reckless and clogs the system up.
If you agree an appointment, be there.
If not, expect a fine.
