@Debenhams your customer service is shocking. Why can I not just speak to a human instead of text? Chair ordered before Xmas, yodel have “lost” it and to contact you. I then had to wait until 10th, now being told I have to wait until 24th before I can even get a refund?

He needs extra scans and tests as his liver is showing signs of damage. If his liver doesn’t function properly his access to #kaftrio is at risk. This is big. I feel totally sick.

Today started off with excitement about a family gathering in Manchester. But then I received a call from George’s #CF team. I’ve taken a walk to my favourite tree to clear my head so I can put on a brave face for him and family later. But it really sucks! #cysticfibrosis
