Don’t waste your time with this garbage scam app @earnin . Their customer support is literally useless and pretty sure it’s Ai.
Truthfully, if not Ai, they’re simply just the most non-intelligent humans; who lack basic common-sense, are incapable of problem solving at all…

@earnin except your chat representatives left me on read for over 30 minutes and then were unhelpful in refunding me or giving me an advance to cover the negative balance. it is deeply inhumane.

@earnin asked me to confirm that $0.00 would be debited from my account. I confirmed. I then got a notification that they debited me 3x for amounts greater than $100.00 for amounts I supposedly owed from 2022 that I was unaware from. I am now -$250 the week before Thanksgiving

How did I get started at @earnin ?
I never set out with the intent to start a company.
At my previous company, I heard that some of the employees were running into overdraft fees and payday loans.
When I asked one of them about it, it was not because she weren't being paid enough, but because she couldn’t wait until the following Friday to get paid.
We couldn't get the payroll system to pay her for days she had already worked. So I paid her out of my own pocket.
I soon realized that other employees had similar issues, so I started doing this for them as well. Then it hit me. It’s a systemic issue affecting millions of people.
That was how EarnIn came about.
