@rideact The 6:19am at Lakeshore and Lake Park. The earlier one has been canceled a few times in the last few weeks. I only commute a few days a week so I'm not sure if it's just a Tue-Thu occurrence or more.

@ecosmiley Apologies for that experience. What time did you notice the crowded bus? We will notify our operations staff so they know crowding is an issue following cancelled trips.

Serious question for @rideact: when one NL is canceled, why isn't the next one a longer bus? Morning NL's have been having lots of cancelations lately and then the following bus is full.
