@rorysutherland @antonnorbert Billy Bishop is a faff free bus stop. I just walked to the hotel, with cases. Would consider a t-shirt…

I don't think London City Airport fully exploits how much many people like it. I would buy LCY branded merch and have an I 🩷LCY sticker in my car.

Does anyone have any connections at IAG Developer? Looking for access to the British Airways Flight + Car/Hotel APIs. But... their account registration, reset, and contact forms don't appear to work :( Which means no API access. Do you know anyone who can help?

@jbillingsley Thanks Jason! Curious about refundable fares — they can often be a lot more expensive. Do you use them outside of work?

@edfryed Love it. North America needs this... add in refundable fares as a search attribute.

@MartijnSch Lots to figure out for sure! I live under a flight path (27L into Heathrow). Most passengers on every flight are fair game. Plus, London is one of the top global origins for premium traffic. Somehow, other flight search apps have existed. There must be a way to make it work!

@erangalperin @stripe Have you spoken with @PaddleHQ ? They’re pretty hands on with support and even strategy. To your point on this market being ripe for disruption, few SaaS businesses are tooled/staffed to optimise for payments and monetisation. But it’s one of your biggest growth levers.

Our company sends @stripe over $100M in annual payment volume (and doubling every year). Initially we had a partner manager who helped on occasion, they were replaced by a different person who did a bit less every year, and now they've moved to a different position, and they suggest we just use regular support tickets going forward. No more dedicated partner support, even for platforms with significant payment volume. I've twitted previously on how bad Stripe support is on most days (it once took us 4 weeks and dozens of support interactions to unblock a customer that Stripe unilaterally blocked from their end with no recourse). What a stark contrast from @Square that has amazing account managers. @stripe is the classic example of "live long enough to become the villain". It's too bad they still have the best payment product - this market is ripe for disruption.
