10 days ago, @Revolut froze the Outrank bank account, and both our personal accounts for me and @eugZolotarenko no email, no explanation the only explanation I see is that my Ukrainian (non-EU) cofounder is a shareholder of a French company and that triggered some warnings?? would love an explaination @Revolut .. a better one than the "routine check" provided by your support agents I used to love your services but as you're holding our money hostage, it severely affects trust

making an app with a buy button is super easy nowadays, the hard part is marketing it... so me and my best french friend @marclou built an app that feeds you to the sharks if you don't do marketing introducing: MARKETING OR DIE 4 ways to do marketing, each with a 30 day guided roadmap to actually get you to do it. - short form content (by me) - SEO (by @illyism) - paid Ads (by @nico_jeannen) - viral launching (by marc) pick your marketing channel and try it for your product, keep marketing until you find what works. if you fail to give a valid effort? you will be kicked forever and publicly called out. each marketing mission has its own set of milestones so we can verify if you did the work, or if you procrastinated on doing marketing (again). P.S. this whole thing started cause 2 months ago we launched @shipordie_ where 293 people shipped, 36 got thrown overboard, and 57 earned their first $1 however me and marc felt something was missing, a very KEY PART after shipping... getting people aware that you exist (by doing marketing). I hate when people ask for RT in DM, I end up closing the convo cause they remove my autonomy and freedom and that's the thing I like to have most like I want to decide what to post or write or RT or do not what people tell me to do, it's also the fastest way to kill a potential friendship cause you know you're just being used to to get views. excellent way to burn bridges forever!!!

Hey @stripe @patrickc @jrfarr It's become really hard to reach you and get through to stripe to report issues or bugs. I just tried to send an email to you but got a bounce (see image).
The AI and chat only sidebar is far too prohibitive - the time cost of reporting small and simple things is too high through that route.
See a recent bug report issue I had as an example (@jrfarr knows my account details). The issue was batted away initially by chat then by support. I had to push and push to just get a simple bug reported and only after multiple elevations and re-explanations did the team accept that the bug (moderately important UI misinformation bug) existed. I spent hours and hours just to get the report into the system...In this instance the bug didn't affect me too much but I was trying to do my part to make Stripe better and help others.
I'm reporting to draw attention to this issue in the hope that a better route can be implemented. AI is great but sometimes it's not right or at least the implementation isn't right in this instance. It should not take hours and hours to report simple bugs.

I just had the most incredible experience from an enterprise.
A week ago I thank @stripe here on X after I got my first payout from paying customers.
Then @jeff_weinstein comments. I respond. A few days after I got an email from a team at Strips, and I just finished a call with them.
I have now decided to move my banking from Brex to Stripe and shift all financial operations to them.
Never saw an enterprise caring so much. Never.
