@WrestlingHumble I really really liked Jericho and Ricochet and the crowd were SUPER HOT for it 🤷‍♀️ And I am NOT a Jericho fan.

One big complaint with All Elite Wrestling PPVs. Not every match needs to be a 20 minute epic. No way Jericho vs Ricochet went as long as they did. Not when you have just one women’s match on your main card and you have the tagline “where the best wrestle.”

@neil_saints His interview on Fox was fantastic. Just really raw and honest. Never seen a player speak that candidly post-game about shit that (most likely) every player deals with.

Listening to Mattaes Phillipou interviewed on the radio after the game. He was elated to play in a winning team in Adelaide for the first time. Listening to him this win could be more important to the group that many of us realise. Self belief is nourishing in the long term.

@Peps_Wrestling The opening segment with Cody/Randy is very funny and deserves to be watched in its entirety. The rest of the show is just regular boring shit. Not worth hate watching. The Danhausn tag stuff is pretty abysmal if you need an additional laugh.

Was Smackdown so bad that it would be funny to watch? Or was it just bad?

@andyhmurray Most recently, AEW started doing this with MJF and it (whether directly or indirectly) led to their downfall in 2023/24. There is very recent evidence that it doesn’t work. Don’t tell your audience that what they’re watching is bad.

It's 2026 and WWE is running Product Bad angles around one of the WrestleMania main events. This stuff literally never works these days. Doesn't matter the company. Just pen compelling fiction.
