Have to assume the naming of the @virginmedia ‘Superhub v3’ was an ironic joke at the expense of your customers. What an unbelievable pile of s****. Useless in every conceivable way.

Yup, many times, it’s not back in its box hopefully never to see the light of day again. I’ll stick with the old one and hope that’s not the reason our bandwidth is 50% what it should be!

@virginmedia When I log in? How I would love to login… asks me to update the default password when I first access the console - then crashes resetting and locks me out. Definitely the right password as it’s shown in PLAIN TEXT when I change it 🤦♂️

@SurgicalCoder @virginmedia I’ve spent over an hour and all I want to do is login, change the default password, connect to the internet and switch it to modem mode… so I can use a half decent modem. Should have known when the password was displayed in clear text not to have high hopes!

@edwardpearson @virginmedia I bought an ASUS wifi thingy-ma-bob and just use the hub as a modem to it, works brilliantly.
