This is where $JTAI is at now. Jet AI has raised its cash to near $12.5 million up from $3m at the beginning of last week. This fundraise was done through ATM at an average price of $0.5-0.55 per share and increased share count to 38 million shares as per the company’s latest filling. To close the $FLYX deal, Jet AI needed 10 million in cash, which it now has. Including the Textron deposits on aircrafts and working capital, the size of the deal is at roughly $20 million including premium paid by FlyX. This would amount to roughly $0.53 in $FLYX stock per $JTAI share on closing. Jet AI still has 2.3 million shares of AIIA-UN, it is a SPAC with $160m raised also run by Jet AI executives. These shares trade at $10 each however Jet AI can only sell them once a deal goes through. These SPAC shares amount to $0.60 per JTAI share. Finally the company has its JVs for AI HPC data centers, let’s go through these in more detail. Jet AI owns 20% of two Canadian data center development project with the remainder owned by a Canadian data center builder. One of these sites currently has 40mW of power already and the potential to be increased. This is the closest to get to market status for $JTAI. It can already locate either financing or a hyperscaler tenant to provide a 40mW facility, a deal in which JTAI has 20% equity. It is also expected to help fund next steps for the project when a tenant is located. The second site is essentially land in Canada close to a power generation source which can have 100mW facility built on it. Jet AI is currently waiting on the developer to obtain permissions and power quotas before paying an additional $4m to the JV as the sites will have increased their capitalisation. Arguably, these sites hold real value for hyperscaler and once a deal is obtained on either of the projects it would transform the upside potential for JetAI, however these deals can be a long time coming as RIOT has waited 1 year for theirs. If Jet AI were to announce a hyperscaler deal at any point, all bets on valuation figures would be off. So $JTAI value proposition is 3-fold: 1/ FlyX deal to get back purchase price+ 2/ SPAC deal to unlock another 0.6$ per share 3/ Hyperscaler deal or project financing funding LOI on the first data center will soar above all projections, if/when it happens. To keep in mind: If Winston and Murnane go against shareholders and sell shares ATM at low levels this will reduce the Spac and Hyperscaler upside potential but not FlyX parts (as the cash handed over to FlyX would also increase). It would also be a show that they cannot be trusted by shareholders and a sign to sell after the merger to recoup investment costs and retain only profits for plays 2 and 3. However so far the deals they’ve done have been good investments short of the misguided fundraise so I assume they’ll do good things, but it is really up to Mike Winston and George Murnane to either deliver shareholders tremendous value from these levels and make a name for themselves or not to be entrusted by capital again by markets and for this to make average returns to holders entering post dilution. Let’s see. All the ingredients are here for something great. Now time for them to dunk this alley oop 🏀

Based on calculations with Ethereum priced at approximately $3,000: - The net asset value (NAV) per share is $23.46, indicating that the stock is currently trading at a 54% discount to its underlying value. - Specifically, the Ethereum holdings equate to $19.47 per share, representing a 45% discount on the ETH component alone. 9/ If $ETHZ is successful in launching a stable coin or tokenizing another RWA like a stock, it would then collect yields on the amount of coins issued. Stable coin companies are the most profitable per employee at the moment. And Ethzilla already has 500 million from investors.

5/ DATs provide additional value compared to a direct ETH purchase as when they trade at premiums to their assets, they issue more shares and buy ethereum, and when it's at a discount they buyback shares. This way the ETH owned per share always rises in addition to yielding.

Looking at the call option market and main volume is pricing in about $2.75-3 breakeven prices for October 31st expiries. Nearly 40% premiums on the current trading price. To Infinity and $BYND.
