@YarKafanchan People around the Sahel just stroll into Nigeria whenever they feel like it, like it’s their father’s house. It’s basically a free for all.

Spoke with a camerounian acquaintance. He is becoming a Nigerian citizen. How you may ask? He got an LG chairman in the state he chose to vouch for him, which is apparently what is needed to get an NIN. He has gotten his NIN & is applying for a passport. How many more like this?

Three South African police officers have been arrested for escorting a drug shipment worth millions along the N4. Reports indicate that they were escorting a Toyota Corolla loaded with 107 bags of drugs, with an estimated street value running into millions of rands..

@olamide_adee Not only Nigerians but everyone else around the world would be upset when an illegal foreigner comes to their country and buy RDP houses that were built for the poor by the government, then scams them into selling so they can rent them back to him.

Abia Daily@myabiadaily·
Hello everyone, this Vanguard report mentions that this issue primarily affects residents of Umuahia. Please note that Umuahia and environs are still under Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC), which used to serve the entirety of Abia, Anambra, Imo, Enugu, and Ebonyi until Aba and 8 other LGAs were taken away from them and put under Geometric. Gov. Alex Otti has successfully negotiated to take away Umuahia and the remaining LGAs so that they can equally be connected with the rest of Abia already in the Geometric Network while expanding the generating capacity of GPal and Aba Power. Nobody in Aba and the 8 other LGAs currently enjoying stable power is complaining about the cost because there’s been aggressive mass metering. You pay for what you consume. The state is currently in the process of paying off EEDC so that the entire state will be taken off the National grid (which EEDC is part of) that bills so much while providing little power. Fifth columnists, please take note.

NDLEA uncovers cocaine in palm kernel oil cans, arrests kingpin in Lagos By Zagazola Makama Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have dismantled a major drug trafficking syndicate, intercepting cocaine consignments concealed in tins of palm kernel extract bound for the United Kingdom and arresting the kingpin in Lagos. The Director, Media and Advocacy, NDLEA, Femi Babafemi, said in a statement on Sunday that the intelligence-led operation, which lasted three weeks, led to the unraveling of the syndicate’s structure and the arrest of key members. Babafemi said the breakthrough began on March 11, when NDLEA officers at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Ikeja, intercepted 3.10 kilograms of cocaine at the export shed. “The illicit substance was meticulously concealed in tins of palm kernel extract intended for shipment to the UK,” he said. He added that two suspects, Idris Olayiwola Amoo and Akinlami Akinsoji Adedoyin, who were handling the consignment, were arrested on the spot. According to him, a follow-up sting operation conducted on April 2 led to the arrest of the sender, Ezemuwo Joel, who operated under a false identity. “His arrest provided investigators with critical leads that resulted in the apprehension of the syndicate’s kingpin, a 52-year-old suspect identified as King Arinze, at his hideout in Isolo, Lagos,” Babafemi said.

@Molly85224872 @MasterMaliq The problem is not about one religion wanting to convert others, but the respect for whatever one believes in. The default response of insults and mocking our prophet, instead of mutual respect for each other. Jesus peace be upon Him, is dear to us.

The Quran NEVER Calls Christians “Infidels” – Here’s the Clear Truth Christians are never referred to as infidels in the Holy Quran. Not once. Not a single verse. The “infidels” the Quran actually mentions were the pagan Arabs of Mecca, the very people who turned against the first Muslims and tried to wipe them out in their own city. This wasn’t a global command for war or Muslim domination of the world. It was strictly about self defence in those specific early battles when the Muslims were fighting for survival against betrayal by their own people. Now here’s what changes everything: When the Prophet Muhammad feared for the lives of the very first Muslims, he didn’t send them to another Muslim tribe for safety. Instead, he sent them to Christian Abyssinia (modern-day Ethiopia), where a righteous Christian king, the Najashi, welcomed and protected them. If Islam truly taught hatred or killing of Christians, why would the Prophet send his most vulnerable followers to a Christian kingdom during the most dangerous time in early Islamic history? It simply doesn’t make sense. So the real question we all need to ask is: If the Prophet never hated Christians… where did all this modern-day hatred actually come from?

@MasterMaliq Today’s Christians are too impossible. Because of hate, they refuse to accept Islam is the continuation of Christianity after Jesus (Peace be upon Him).
