@aPolishgirl @ezraklein @GovLarryHogan Supply to MD county health departments is small. Montgomery County is prioritizing 75 and older but my 84-year-old neighbor still cannot get an appointment as supply is so limited. She is totally frustrated by the pharmacy option.

The federal government learned a lot from the HealthCare.gov fiasco. State governments (and DC) — not so much. It's been obvious for a year we were going to need vaccine sign-up sites that worked. It's a scandal that so little was done, and so many are failing.
