day 2: lbs: bench: 175x6, dead: 230x10
I care less about how jacked you currently are, and more about how well the RH workout; which takes the minimum amount of time I can imagine, works for you. I care more about measuring the system's results for you. I already know it works great for me, and want to see if it works great for you too. I'm optimizing for strength gained per unit of time invested.

I challenge you to the RH workout. Do chinups, bench, deadlifts 1 set every day. Post your numbers today, and every day in this thread for the next 30 days. I'll do the same. I'll post my top numbers from last week to start. LBS: 210 x 20 dead. 175 x7 bench.
Because I'm going to failure, I can't always get the same numbers every day. For instance, today was 175 x 5 bench, 225 x 8 dead. I just do 5 negatives on chins cuz, fat. Jump up and fall down as slow as you can, or use bands to assist.
I think lifting every single day is amazing, because I'm almost never sore, the workout takes 3 minutes, it's no sweat, literally. And the numbers go up as fast or faster than when I did 3x12 or 5x5 systems. Max gains, least time.
Why does it work? Full body compound movements, pushing and pulling, trains stabilizing muscles and mind body connection. No 0 days. You always do something every day, so you never start the, this is the last time I work out for the next year phase, lol. No 0 days is a great strat for life in general. You only build muscle at rest after a stress impetus. The resting is what builds. This plan gives you the most nights of rest with something for the body to fix. And if you do the math on the tonnage you're moving, it's actually 7 sets a week to failure, which is a lot.
You can swap bench for pushups or similar. I do chins first, then bench then dead. You should do the one you like least first. then alternate the remaining pushing or pulling exercises. You can swap in/out whatever you like, as long as your doing it every day, you'll progress. Let's see how much your numbers go up on the RH workout.
P.S. I think going up to 12 reps max, then increasing weight, is the way to go, because lower weight is probably safer than higher weight. So anywhere from 5-12 reps is nice.
