@Panthers Need a plan to rally a city of FANS first. Charlotte never TRULY boosted this team over the years (worse since Tepper showed up) Hard to find charlotte residents that r fans. Every game half the seats filled with opposing teams jerseys. Charlotte needs to do some grunt work first
