Annual reminder to those planning INSET: What you do on the day is obviously important. But what you do the day after, and the day after that and so on, is probably more important. What are your plans for sustaining change? How will you know if change has happened? What will you do if it doesn't? If you can't answer these questions, your INSET won't lead to change.

A little reminder for all parents with primary school aged children: Yes, other kids can identify your child’s jumper from the smell of it. But, it is just much easier for everyone if you just put the name in it. Thanks.
