I don’t understand how the IRGC still tries to project military power when it can’t even control its own soil.
Within 48 hours you have a pilot and a WSO down inside Iran.
Then over 100 U.S. special forces enter your territory. Low flying helicopters across your mountains. C-130s landing inside Iran.
A-10s and MQ-9s overhead hitting anything that gets close. Iranian forces don’t even reach the area.
On the ground, U.S. teams reach the WSO after a firefight and clear the area, killing any and all IRGC fighters in their way.
CIA runs a deception campaign, sending Iranian forces in the wrong direction.
No U.S. deaths. No captures.
Bottom line, when any real forces show up, the IRGC cannot stop them on their own soil. Very embarrassing.

@RJif31 @LOL_Subu @TARUNspeakss Iran has support of Russia and China not only in intelligence but wepons too
After trump was elected US has cut(most) aid, nato is sending only short range weapon and remember ukraine is fighting ground invasion not just Air bombing
English

@LOL_Subu @TARUNspeakss There's difference between Iran and Ukraine. Ukraine has fullbacking of US/EU/NATO. Iran is doing it alone with zero or very limited intelligence support from China.

@IranInThailand Had that american pilot be in your control he wouldn't have spoken like this you guys just wasted an opportunity
English

@ShivAroor Yeah. . But you can't fight a war like this, its not sustainable. .
English

@RoshanKrRaii when america was busy bombing countries China was growing and dominating manufacturing
But this was very successful CSAR operation congrats to them
English

@_raincheck101 @alpha_defense Cope🤡 What did Iran exactly lure in? Those pilots could be used to change course of war in Iran's terms and humiliate America just admit your irgc can't even find a guy in 2 days
English

@eric_1829 @alpha_defense It was to lure in the rescue teams for more and better targets. As Iran is in no mood for negotiation the pilots are of no use as prisoners. Those who don't understand strategy should shut their holes. Credit where it's due Iran is hitting back more than anyone expected

✅ The second crew member (Weapons Systems Officer) of the downed F-15E Strike Eagle has been successfully rescued from southwest Iran (FOX and very credible USAF veterans)
✅ He survived by using SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Escape) training, evading capture and hiding after ejecting
✅ A complex U.S. Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) mission was carried out involving multiple elite units, including US Air Force Pararescue
✅ There was ground fighting with Iranian forces (IRGC/Basij); Iranian casualties reported, but no American personnel were killed
✅ The F-15E was completely destroyed in the crash
✅ An A-10 Thunderbolt II provided air cover but later crashed in Kuwait; the pilot ejected safely
✅ Two rescue helicopters were hit by enemy fire; crew members were injured but all teams exited Iran safely
✅ The mission involved multiple branches of the U.S. military and was described as highly complex and layered

@alpha_defense Iran wasted opportunity those 2 pilot could be used for leverage against US
English

New movie script is ready 🎬
✅ An F-15E Strike Eagle goes down deep inside enemy territory
✅ An A-10 Thunderbolt II rolls in for support & gets hit, pilot ejects and lands safely in Kuwait 🇰🇼
✅ Two UH-60 Black Hawk / HH-60 Pave Hawk take fire, damaged but crews make it out into Iraq
✅ Then the real action begins… ground forces push in, take the fight to Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on their own turf
✅ Against all odds, they extract the WSO and bring him home

English

@ayushchahal @alpha_defense They shot 1 f15 after 10000 sorties and that too because it was flying too low
Iran wasted opportunity those 2 pilot could be used for leverage against US
English

@alpha_defense This war has proved that equipment loss happens. A similar thing was seen in the Russia- Ukraine war however social media converted into one sided story creating perception that Russian equipment is junk. Pakistanis ran the same propaganda during Op Sindoor.
English

@alpha_defense The Iranians can't even capture 2 pilots in their territory
English

Two conflicting narratives on the downed F-15E crew:
1. US/OSINT circles claim 2nd crew rescued after a high-risk CSAR near Dehdasht
2. The crew is only “located”, rescue still ongoing, firefight underway inside Iran
I will wait for more credible info
Also, after Al Jazeera parroted the Shivangi story of Inter-Services Public Relations, AJ isn’t a credible source for me.

English

@DarulMustafaPak @AirlinePilotmax At this point I suspect that f15 would have crashed due to technical failure rather than iranian fire otherwise it's easy to shoot helicopter and c130 than f15
English

@AirlinePilotmax Isn't it a failure of Iran's army that helicopters and refuelers are flying so low that ordinary people can see them and are firing at them? Why aren't they able to shoot down these aircraft?
English

When an American military pilot ejects in hostile territory, a carefully rehearsed survival sequence begins. The pilot’s first priority is to avoid capture and establish concealment. Training emphasizes immediate movement away from the ejection site, since enemy forces will likely converge there. The pilot seeks cover, uses terrain to advantage, and applies survival, evasion, resistance, and escape techniques.
Communication with friendly forces is attempted only when it is safe, using secure channels and coded signals. Rescue operations may involve combat search and rescue teams, helicopters, or drones coordinating with the pilot’s beacon.
The pilot carries specialized equipment designed for survival and recovery. Among the most critical is a military-grade GPS receiver, often integrated into a handheld survival radio such as the PRC-112 or newer variants. These devices combine encrypted GPS navigation with secure communication, allowing the pilot to transmit location data to rescue forces without interception. The GPS is rugged, resistant to jamming, and capable of operating in adverse conditions.
In addition to navigation and signaling gear, the pilot is issued a sidearm for personal defense. This is typically a standard-issue military pistol, compact and reliable, intended for last-resort protection rather than prolonged combat. Alongside the firearm, the survival kit may include a knife, signaling mirror, flares, water purification tablets, and medical supplies.
The situation is tense and dangerous, but the pilot’s training, equipment, and the commitment of search and rescue forces provide a fighting chance of survival and recovery.
