@LGUS The unit now blocks half my doorway due to a failed install. I was promised a proper side vent install by LG’s own sales rep. @LGUS — please take responsibility and send an installer who’s actually authorized and capable of doing what was promised. #LG #DryerVent #RXO

@LGUS @LGUS I’ve had 5 canceled deliveries (@RXOLogistics) after buying a washer/dryer from LG. Lost workdays. Promised 1-week delivery(took a month). LG said side venting was supported; RXO refuses. Installer told me to vent into the room (!). No callback after 15+ tries.
