This mixed reality app lets you create and ride thrilling rollercoasters in your own living room. It uses physics-based tools to design tracks that adapt to your space and then simply hop in the front seat for a first-person ride like no other.

One has to admit, Anthropic sees a trend (openClaw) and develops their own version. The speed of their releases is insane. Presumably 100% code written by Claude.
Claude@claudeai

You can now enable Claude to use your computer to complete tasks. It opens your apps, navigates your browser, fills in spreadsheets—anything you'd do sitting at your desk. Research preview in Claude Cowork and Claude Code, macOS only.

@Krendryn @GergelyOrosz The expectation to use LLMs on autopilot is the problem. Write a clear spec for the scope of the task and of course review the output. Nothing breaks unless you let it.

@escobyte @GergelyOrosz Except that drill sometimes randomly goes backwards and breaks the screw, it is unreliable, a working drill hasn’t been invented yet and the current version will not evolve into a working version because the insides are intrinsically incapable of it.

This whole segment just rubs me the wrong way Jensen is very clearly talking up his book: wanting to see companies spend *much* more $$$ on GPUs / tokens... to increase NVIDIA revenue even more... to do the same thing as they already do (build software, as they have before)
TFTC@TFTC21

Jensen Huang: "If that $500,000 engineer did not consume at least $250,000 worth of tokens, I am going to be deeply alarmed. This is no different than a chip designer who says 'I'm just going to use paper and pencil. I don't think I'm going to need any CAD tools.'"

@bruceastor @wrangler_warner @GergelyOrosz I love that question. It reminds me of a long form post I have in my drafts that explains how complex systems really are behind the scenes. Planning to develop that soon. People said the same thing about Twitter/X.

@escobyte @GergelyOrosz Llm can never be used to create complex system as they are restricted to data they are trained on. Not using llm is stupid and only minority od devs are like this. Everyday already has llm in their workflow but using solely for nvidia to increase stock price is foolish

Agree 100% (assuming that $250k number is hyperbole). I write 99% of my code at Airbnb with LLMs. I’m able to produce higher quality software and tackle more complexity I wrote about my process here open.substack.com/pub/escobyte/p…

@GergelyOrosz Definitely depends on the job. For coding manual typing is only useful for small tweaks where a prompt isn’t worth it.

It’s not X — it’s Y I cannot unsee how so much of the writing on this site (and online, in general) is increasingly AI-generated. It’s still pretty easy to recognize. Probably not for long tho Just alarming that ppl outsource even typing 3 sentences for a reply on this site…

this is so fucking wholesome guy used AI to save his cancer-ridden dog by sequencing its DNA and creating a CUSTOM cure. the tech behind this is fucking awesome (well done @demishassabis and the google team): - used CHATGPT to sequence dogs DNA discovers mutations - ran the mutations through Google’s Alphafold (AI protein sequencer) which CREATED A CUSTOM VACCINE TO TREAT THEM. - treated dog and reduced tumour by 50% in WEEKS. dog is alive and well. - this is the 1st time AI has been used to create a custom vaccine for a dog (and it worked) - dude is now working on similar vaccines for humans using AI! 2026 is definitely the year we see AI change personalised medicine in a HUGE way so sick
