If you keep running into the same challenges and not making actual progress It’s because you’re not thinking or acting from the present moment Most ppl try to avoid previous mistakes, by focusing on the actions they took in the past…but this only leads to them making those exact same mistakes Because where attention goes, energy flows The same applies to those constantly anticipating future end results, because their focus is taken away from any opportunities that may exist in the present So if you want to make actual change that leads to growth and success You need to start thinking and acting from the one place you actually have control over Aka the present moment

The reason you're procrastinating is bc ur not chasing after the things you actually want You avoid the sales call bc the client's offer is average You don't go out bc u don't like ur friend group You sleep in because you're not living the life u want But once you start actually chasing after things you truly want You don't have to force yourself to act It becomes natural and aligned with ur purpose Everything flows Not hesitancy or friction, just pure motion

@benhbader was genuinely one of the best individuals you’ve ever met. Always positive and in a great mood. He introduced me to one of my biggest clients, and wanted to see other people succeed just as much as himself. I was in AL and can’t even begin to describe how much he did for me. life gets better when you stop deceiving yourself into thinking you don’t have permission to be who you want. the external factors you blame are all scapegoats. a new environment won’t be a permanent fix. new relationships won’t give you the fresh start you anticipate. and more money doesn’t come with a letter in the mail that says “you’re ready now.” you must decide and change. you are the catalyst you’re looking for. the permission you’re looking for externally is only accessible when you realize you already have it.
