As always, the conference itself was fantastic and I feel very honoured to have presented alongside such an incredible line-up of fascinating science. What makes this conference so special, though, is meeting so many passionate scientists and just nerd out for a few days. 🤓

I spoke in front of >400 people, with >150 in person which was hugely exciting! It's particularly special to have been chosen to present for a 2nd time & I'm so grateful for the opportunity to showcase TDA & what it can be used for in microbiome research on such a large stage.

Last week I had the great pleasure of returning to @eventsWCS Microbiomes in Health and Disease where I presented some of my PhD research on using TDA to analyse the gut microbiome in Parkinson’s Disease. 🧠 This was the biggest presentation I have done so far! #Microbiome24
