 The 2026 U.S. Figure Skating Championships in St. Louis didn’t end the way we envisioned. A fluke fall in our free dance led to our lowest finish at Nationals—but it doesn’t define our season. We’re incredibly proud of the work, growth, & moments..

and support, especially when we needed it most. That encouragement meant everything. Every season teaches you something. We’re taking the lessons, the gratitude, and the motivation with us as we move onto next season. Let’s go #TeamPateBye

Eva Pate and Logan Bye dazzled in their rhythm dance set to “Enter Sandman” by Metallica and “Thunderstruck” by AC/DC and pocketed 73.54 points. They received level fours on their twizzles but only level twos for the midline step sequence. Logan: It’s probably the best we have skated this entire season. It was definitely exciting to see the crowd. It was exciting to see family here. You know, Ava's parents and grandparents are here to support us. We couldn't be more grateful for them. It's for everyone. It's fantastic. Eva on how they remained calm in St. Louis: We went to the zoo yesterday which was fantastic. It was fun. We walked around. You know, it was really fun.
