@postnl. Oma 88 stuurt kleinzoon kaart voor verjaardag, dag gevuld maar trots. Na 2 weken te laat krijgt kleinzoon rekening. Kaart 3gr te zwaar of je EUR 5,24 wil bij betalen. Ik hoop dat jullie trots zijn op jezelf. Wellicht kun je beter het licht uit doen ipv subsidie te vragen

One year ago I bought an office license. After 1 year I need to activate again, without luck. support ticket in queue since 2 days went from 1611 to 1588. Extrapolation tells me that I will be contacted in 70 days. How do you call this support, @MicrosoftHelps?
