Looks like a clean bull flag breakout on the weekly timeframe for $CIFR. Structure is tight, consolidation did its job, and now it’s trying to resolve higher. If this breakout holds, I’d be targeting a move toward $30+.

100 baggers or even 10 baggers are only obvious in hindsight. That being said I don't have the stomach to hold for those gains, I would sell at 2x $AMD

talking about big bases - these are small caps $AMPX $NVTS $LPTH $ICHR ideally, the 9/21 day EMA on the daily offers good risk/reward for entries. sharing these as examples from the last post - there are still many more names, will share another list soon

@everyoneisright @stevemagness For much/most of the year easy runs + strides. When preparing for an important race, progressively layer in some higher intensity work.

I dunno, man... If you're say a 20 minute 5K runner doing 30mi/wk w/ 2 specific interval workouts/wk. You drop the interval workouts for a year and commit to building to consistent 60mi/wk of *only* easy miles plus strides. Then run a 5K. I know where I'm putting my money.
Steve Magness@stevemagness

It's not run slow to run fast... It's run a lot of easy to give you the foundation and capacity to handle and absorb all sorts of moderate to hard training. They work in concert. You don't just magically get faster by lots of easy. It supports the rest.

@Alan_Couzens @stevemagness So if I have the capacity to only do 25-30 miles a week, should all of that be easy runs? Speaking from a perspective of health but also wanting to get faster too?

I think we both fundamentally agree. I just wanted to point out for folks who might take your initial post to imply that there is no direct benefit from easy mileage, that this isn't the case. I'm a fan of separating the phases of training quite distinctly, and I'm consistently amazed by just how fast athletes can run after a phase of pure base work. I think this is an important message, especially considering the "time-crunched" intensity bias that already exists.

@CoffeeBlackMD So if I'm 40, I shouldn't go above 140 hr for my easy zone 2 stuff?

Why is zone 2 best even if less sexy? Because. Physiology. It’s the most efficient and sustainable way to get the adaptions that you want ti have. Increased mitochondria number. Increased mitochondrial function through improved fatty acid fuel use with improved lactate clearance. Increase cardiac efficiency through eccentric cardiac changes and increased stroke volume (more volume per beat). You can tolerate higher volume per week. Think “heart beats per week” Higher intensity work will boost vo2max to a point and improves anaerobic tolerance. It is not sustainable the same way as zone 2 work. It requires more recovery per session and if stresses too often will be detrimental. People like it because they can do it “faster” but it’s fewer heartbeat per week. It doesn’t lead to the same fatty acid burning mitochondrial changes and may provide some concentric cardiac adaptions but nothing that will improve stroke volume over time. You should touch higher heart rates once per week. Or maybe like once every 10 days past a certain age. But must adaptions that we want happen low and slow. This might be eating veggies for some of you but I bet you eat them because they are good for you. And like veggies you will acquire a taste for the low HR work.

$MRVL is shaping up to be one of the cleanest technical theses I’ve ever mapped.. Flagged it in the $80–$90 range as a 10/10 high-conviction setup with a potential double…and price is now tracking that path almost perfectly. 📈📈📈

Chris@StonkChris

Exactly one month ago, I shared a 10/10 conviction technical setup with my group: $MRVL in the low $90s. Now trading in the low $120s, and good for a +33% gain in 30 days. And based on the structure, I’m still expecting meaningfully higher prices ahead. This is the level of clarity and execution I focus on inside the group.

$CIFR is breaking out of a clean weekly bull flag as momentum resets, with the RSI turning higher and confirming the move. This is one of the strongest-looking AI data center setups in the market right now, and it’s starting to expand out of consolidation. If this breakout holds, the path toward $30+ opens up quickly.
