The team is investigating, but the issue was events flooding our publish path and your org was getting throttled. If you can update your case with OrgID, UserID publishing, and Event Channel that will help. Thanks again

Hi, @SalesforceDevs , is anyone of you encountering "PLATFORM_EVENT_PUBLISHING_UNAVAILABLE" in your org? We are not receiving enough attention from @salesforce about this, and there is almost no information on why it can happen. We've been seeing this error for 2 days!

@msrivastav13 @ruslankurchenko @SalesforceDevs @salesforce @RajSFDC There are no issues going on that I am aware of, but the error means that we were unable to complete the publish to the event bus. If you have a case number, we can take a look and help get the attention needed
