@BeauLuvsBonez You could also look into getting some therapy putty and do exercises for regaining hand strength. IT'S HARD THOUGH.

@fatchud41 is there anything else you've found to help? when its bad its really bad and its almost impossible to function like myself on a bad day and everything ive tried just sorta dulled it. /genq /nf /np

chat anybody have arthritis? i think i may have it, i have really bad joint problems and right now my finger joints are killing me my hand actually hurts so bad, i need somebody who knows what they're talking abt so i can see what this is 😭😭😭 my doctor doesnt take me serious

@BeauLuvsBonez It's been a while since things were rlly bad for me but you should try hot/cold therapy with a heating pad or ice pack depending on what works best. Compression gloves might also help. Getting assistive tools like a bottle/jar opener, wider grips for pens, etc.

@BeauLuvsBonez Ah that really sucks. Wishing you luck! When my joint pain started it was pretty manageable but quickly got worse and prevented me from doing basic tasks. Long-term it's not good for your stomach but you can take NSAIDs like ibuprofen/advil to help :)

@fatchud41 i havent, every time i brought up joint pain to my doctor she'd either say i need to lose weight or be more active and wont listen when i insist, but this is something i'll ask for when i get a new doctor, ty Phagy ^^
