Hi @greateranglia do smart cards expire? I've had a weird message when trying to buy a ticket on the app saying it can't because it's about to expire. Nothing on the card with a date

Received a very annoying letter from you today @BraintreeDC , that aside why are you referring to a govt dept that doesn't exist and hasn't for 18 years! The Inland Revenue is not a thing anymore. Sort your letter templates out!

So, @gigaclear any reason why you think it's acceptable to take £200 more from my account than you should and then say it'll take 10 days to come back? You've said you're at fault. I see no money yet

@BraintreeDC Are there any plans in the future to stop this cut off? I've got a garden still full of leaves and no easy way to dispose of them. Autumn is finishing later and later. Winter is not here yet

Beyond frustrated @AskNationwide you call me, I call back you refuse to talk to me on the phone and say I have to send a message. I eventually send a message. 2 day turnaround your end. I don't know what is wrong with my account but I know this isn't customer service.

@greateranglia @chris_b666 You don't have to monitor numbers just check the Twitter feed. Complaint after complaint of crammed trains. We've been told to get back to the office, what's hard to understand about that?

@johnlewishelp why are your partnership card services so bad these days. It's easier to get into Fort Knox than the app, the website freezes on a OTP request and when I call to activate my card my call is terminated.

@greateranglia i can't get your app to load my ticket onto my smart card. It worked just fine last Friday but now I'm getting nothing but load errors.
