Wrote a letter to @rashtrapatibhvn to proceed for Impeachment of Chief Justice of India To, The Hon’ble President of India Rashtrapati Bhavan New Delhi – 110004 Subject: Request for Presidential Intervention Regarding Disparaging Remarks Made by the Chief Justice of India Against Lord Vishnu Respected Rashtrapati Ji, I, a concerned citizen of this nation and a devotee of Sanatan Dharma, am writing to you with utmost pain and anguish over the recent remarks made by the Hon’ble Chief Justice of India concerning Lord Vishnu, revered by crores of Hindus across Bharat. Such statements from the highest judicial authority of our land not only wound the sentiments of millions of believers but also cast serious doubts on the impartiality, dignity, and responsibility expected of the office of the Chief Justice of India. The Constitution of India, under Article 25, guarantees the right to freely profess and practice one’s religion. When such sacred sentiments are mocked or disparaged by those who are constitutionally bound to protect them, it creates a grave breach of public trust. I therefore humbly request Your Excellency, as the Constitutional Head of the Union and the Guardian of the Constitution, to kindly intervene in this matter. The following actions may be considered in the interest of justice and communal harmony: 1. Direct the Chief Justice of India to issue an unconditional public apology to crores of Hindus whose sentiments have been deeply hurt. 2. In case of refusal, initiate steps to ensure his resignation from the post. 3. Should neither of the above occur, I urge Your Excellency to recommend to Parliament the initiation of impeachment proceedings under Article 124(4) of the Constitution of India for proven misbehavior and conduct unbecoming of his office. The judiciary is the last hope of the common citizen. If those entrusted with safeguarding the Constitution themselves indulge in disparaging remarks against the faith of millions, it undermines both the rule of law and the secular fabric of India. I therefore beseech Your Excellency to treat this representation with the utmost seriousness and ensure that justice is not only done but is also seen to be done.
