@TeamYouTube There seems to be a Yotube TV Library issue. Its not populating anything so I can't see or watch any of my recorded shows. It does not seem to matter what platform. PC or fire TV all library items are gone.

@JJWreX10 They have had built in encoders since before the 970 as far as I know so any really. If you are gaming obviously that changes a bit because it will also be processing that.

@feyrerm Any series as a minimum, such as a 20 series, 30 etc, or does anything NVIDIA work?

@feyrerm hey, I have a question. This is for the church, and we are on a tight budget, what is the best bang for your buck for a streaming computer/ laptop. Would something like an apple silicon Mac be good or a cheap windows device?

@JJWreX10 An nvidia card. It does most of the work. 32 GB of ram wouldnt hurt. The CPU isnt used much for streaming when you have an encoder on the graphics card.

@feyrerm Thank you, I’m a windows guy myself, but I can’t justify a $2k purchase on a comp for a church like I could myself. For windows, are there any minimum specs you’d say is a “must.” The only thing that will be running is a browser, and obs, which also includes videos on hard drive

@JJWreX10 Its really hard to say because not a lot of people stream with them. I always assume thats for a reason. I have tested my m1 macbook pro max. Its was great! Its also a $3000 plus machine. Not exactly affordable. For $500 it could be worth a try. Mac's resale easy

@feyrerm We had problems with a windows that didn’t have a dedicated, I wasn’t sure if the m2 Mac mini for $500 was the move over trying to find a windows machine.
