If you give Harry 200k then when Iwobi, Bassey etc are up for extension they will ask for the same. That said it would be a massive shame if he left as he really is proper Fulham.

You need a mix of experience and youth. Proven Premier League players who fit a system matter. I would rather take Wilson to 32 with zero resale than replace him at 29 with a maybe guy & add risk. Not every £25M signing settles, & getting that wrong is how you go backwards. #FFC

This is flawed - Harry Wilson is 29. In 5 seasons at Fulham…he’s finally got going. It’s not getting better than this. High wages for older players (no sell on value) is exactly what u don’t want. Chuckwueze will replace & be an upgrade. #FFC #FulhamFC

I would suggest we can't have it both ways. If we sign pre-world cup to guarantee the fee doesn't increase, then we also have to accept the risk of him getting injured and being our responsibility 🤷.

PSV's director of football Earnest Stewart has confirmed that this move, again, is off. Pepi travelled to London for his medical last week. Stewart said the sticking point concerned when the deal would officially go through (responsibility transferred). #FFC
