@0xCharlota @fhmi That glow effect is seriously slick. How did you find the process of remixing it?

Il1O0? what the $#@ is that? A tiny typography test you should never forget to do. When choosing your body font, you must be able to tell an I from an l from a 1 from an O from a 0. The “legibility stress test”. The practical move is stupidly simple: Type: Il1O0 That’s it. Uppercase i. Lowercase L. One. Capital O. Zero. If you can’t instantly tell them apart in small sizes, your body font is already lying to you. And it will lie even harder in passwords, codes, invoices, error messages, dashboards, legal text, and every other place where ambiguity becomes friction. This little trick floats around but I believe the legend @jessicahische came up with it! (and @framer now makes it super easy to find the right font with the new dynamic font preview feature) Why it matters: When characters collapse into each other, trust collapses with them. The interface feels brittle, slightly unsafe. Even if nobody can articulate why. This is one of those nuances that: You don’t notice when it’s right, but you definitely notice when it’s wrong. So yeah, add Il1O0 to your font testing ritual. It takes five seconds.
