@Arkovic_Darkin @WillTheBoxer @Mappy6984 In the middle of a busy street? You want the driver to stop their car in the middle of the road and come out to greet the owner of the pet that is actively violent. I can see many reasons not to do that. But idk if there's merit in the opposite fashion.

@fizziestghost @WillTheBoxer @Mappy6984 Both owner and driver are at fault. Owner for walking the dog without a leash. Driver for running away from the accident without providing support.

@WillTheBoxer @Mappy6984 It is likely the dog suffered hip, spine or shoulder break. It is likely the dog got internal damage. It spinning like that is legitimately a valid behavior, cause the dog itself is in shock. That being said, owner at fault.

@Jackie8o4s @Mappy6984 I appreciate ya having compassion for the owner, while not trying to lessen the blame they deserve. They definitely do own the fault of their dog getting hurt, but they will live with that guilt for the rest of their life.

@bardibrimbx @Mappy6984 Busy streets. The car stopped as soon as they could. The owner had no leash on that dog, and gets the fault when that dog goes and does something that is not protected by the law, like not crossing at cross roads or waiting for their owner. This happens, owner is at fault.

@Mappy6984 Why are people in the comments blaming the owner? It’s the drivers fault for not paying attention to the road! Dogs are innocent and the driver should have been more attentive. I let my dog off leash all the time because it’s just a hassle to walk around with a leash around.

@El_King888 @Mappy6984 When looking at possible damage of property and/or attack on creatures, we as the audience review the footage for culpability. It was a busy street, and the car in their defense did stop as reasonably as they could. It was the owner's fault. The owner could have done more.

I’m sick of people always blaming the owner. This happened to us. We left our dog in the house when we ran off to do an errand. Unbeknownst to us, our 10 month old dog managed to open the front door because it was a lever handle (that had never happened before). He ran out onto a busy street trying to find us and got hit by a car —broken leg. Someone called us because our number was on the tag and we drove back. The people watching our dog were so nice but they said another couple came by saying what horrible owners we were because we let our dog run free outside. From that moment on our dog was never left free to roam the house when we were gone. Either crated or leashed to the coffee table. You don’t always know the facts. This person may have had the dog on the leash and undid it briefly. Or he was opening the door to his house or car and the dog bolted out. Be kind.

@Mormonger He thinks mormons think that Jesus Christ is a less godly version than the Jesus Christ he worships, without realizing that we worship him as fervently as God.

Love to see it. A public broadcasting channel should not be endorsing presidential assassination statements. We should also return the policy that kept journalists more bipartisan in their reporting of political events. That probably did more to bring about the extremism we have today more than anything else.

The FCC is now threatening ABC's broadcast licenses, days after Donald Trump and Melania Trump demanded they fire Jimmy Kimmel. This is straight out of the authoritarian playbook. Mr. President: Read the Constitution. Freedom of speech is the First Amendment for good reason.

@1109Patricia @looper1973 The guy's an idiot. If you wanted an acronym, go for MAAGA, Make American Assassins Great Again, or just stick to MAGA Make Assassins Great Again. This guys' choice of an acronym sucks. I hope he gets fired for bad sense.

Patrick Meyer is a teacher at Kaukauna High School with 20 years in the district. He posted on X from an account called @looper1973, saying he wasn’t impressed with recent presidential assassinations, listed historical ones like Booth, Guiteau, Czolgosz and Oswald. He continued to write “MAGAA - make Americans great assassins again.” The post been deleted, his account too. The school has placed him on administrative leave. Imagine this is the teacher that teaches your child social studies. What is wrong with teachers today?

No president has ever been targeted for assassination three times. The level of political violence from the left is historic. We've never seen anything like it in the entire history of this nation. It's a five alarm fire. National emergency. Drastic measures must be taken.

@astala276 @PoliceRealites Yep. A testament to the fall of the UK. You will be one of the ones that will be remembered. Rome fell because they lowered their weapons, and brought the barbarians inside their gates. It fell due to soft policy, and due to bringing in immigrants that didn't mesh with culture.

@astala276 @PoliceRealites UK Poser that is one of the reasons his country is collapsing into a 3rd world nightmare. Honestly, he commits to it, even as his home collapses. Some folks can't be reasoned with. And if you can't stop the crazies, then you will never have order. So stop with the soft noise.

@PoliceRealites Police needs to use tasers in situations like this instead of a gun. No one deserves to be killed, except in rare cases. This is not a fair judgement

@kay_pumpkin @detmeq @DjSubFreeze @MattWalshBlog That's if you agree they flipped. We just found out that the very orgs that confront racism in the way leftists push funded actual racists to make more money. I'm not convinced they swapped. I think they had to rebrand, and kept a lot of things in the closet.

@detmeq @DjSubFreeze @MattWalshBlog Abraham Lincoln was killed by a democrat before our political parties flipped, so he was fundamentally killed by (in today’s modern world) a republican. Lincoln was executed in 1864 and the parties began to flip in the 1930’s due to FDR.

I’m officially convinced. It was a hoax. The Trump Administration recruited a leftist Kamala Harris voting Trump hater to participate in a staged assassination that would include the shooter getting shot at and then locked in federal prison for the rest of his life. The Kamala Harris voter agreed to this plan, that works against his political and personal interests, because he’s just like a really generous guy. Meanwhile the Trump Administration, despite dastardly planning multiple assassination hoaxes, decided to keep their patsy alive and a permanent liability to them, rather than just killing him like they could have easily done. They did this because they also are really strangely generous in a very odd and specific way. So in summary we have a plot where all parties involved are working against their own interests with no real discernible benefit to any of them. There is no evidence of this plan and it doesn’t even make any intuitive sense and the motives for everyone are unclear if not insane, but still I believe it because I’m a very smart person.

Congratulations , you just dismantled your own conspiracy theory more effectively than any fact-checker ever could. This is actually a masterclass in what's called self-refuting logic you laid out every reason why the theory makes zero sense, and then concluded you believe it anyway. That's not critical thinking, that's a loyalty test dressed up as analysis. A real agent was shot. A real man traveled cross-country with a manifesto and weapons. A real family tried to warn law enforcement. These aren't props they're people. Skepticism is healthy. Cynicism is human. But when your theory requires everyone involved to act against their own interests, with no evidence, no motive, and no logic that's not being smart. That's just being contrarian with extra steps. The simplest explanation usually wins. And the simplest explanation here is: a radicalized man did a terrible thing, and law enforcement stopped him. That's it.
