@OKMobilityCorp reached out to me, but of course, when it comes to resolving the actual issue, nothing happens and they stop responding. Terrible service. Still no refund for the bogus charges, and no reimbursement for fuel fees that should’ve been automatic. #CustomerServiceFail

@OKMobilityCorp daylight (midnight really) robbery. Scammer beware!!! Since the 8th June I have repeatedly requested a refund for a €300 hire that was booked for a midnight collection. Nobody from @OKMobilityCorp were there at the time and they have charged me the full amount.

@sunglassguru I will clarify that following a prolonged interaction I was refunded the charges once I proved that the alleged damages were pre existing. It is important to take plenty of pictures of existing damages and you can ensure you get your money back. Not an ideal process.

And now they won't respond on calls or emails. @GomesKg : did you get your money back from these thieves? How long did it take? Wt did u do

@OKMobilityCop @OKMobility_Corp : charged me extra 800 euros for no damage caused by me. I returned the vehicle with 100% full fuel tank. No before after images of damage were shared. At drop off OK MOBILITY rep agreed that the vehicle had a lot of damages already. Legal route??

@drivalia @DrivaliaC14216 @DrivaliaH80979 : at the time of drop-off I e-sign a form in the presence of a Drivalia representative that I will be charged 35 euros for missing fuel but on the invoice I get charged another 30 euros for refilling service. Ridiculous, why hide this?

@Fossil sent u my smartwatch 2 months back for charging issues, it returned yesterday with the same issue and I was charged $42 for this. No response on emails, customer service has no clue about service and repair and no way to contact the repair team. Pathetic post-sales experi
