Menopause is not the driving factor for disability progression in women with MS.

📉 In the secondary analysis, there was no inflection point in EDSS worsening across the menopausal transition. Menopause did not accelerate disability accumulation.

Today we published an important piece of evidence showing that in women with relapsing #MultipleSclerosis, aging rather than #menopause, is the primary driver of disability in midlife, providing reassurance that menopause will not worsen MS physical disability. Read more below
