@ShieldsClips It’s easy to call them Khazarians, but do you have the courage to call them what they really are? Italians, Greeks, Turks.

This is largely a misinformed spurious correlation. The rise of freudianism in America is closely tied to the emergence of the massive post war expansion of defense/military planning and developement and increasing interest in psychology among military planners.
Steve Sailer@Steve_Sailer

The rise of Freudianism from, say, 1900 to 1970s reflected the rise of Jewish influence. But, Freudianism turned out to be Not Even Wrong and just a waste of time/money. So, nobody talks about it anymore. After all, what lesson would we learn? That Jews can be very influential?

@Orthon_Spaceman Bernays was the one who translated, published and popularised his uncle in the US.. There more to the story of the 1900-1945 period that adds to the explanation of why Freud/Psychoanalysis was so popular and a lot of Jews (and philosemites) make up that cast. Unrelated:

Jews, Greeks and Italians centring their own plight in an Anglo country is exactly what destroyed Australia. FYI

I think we should seriously start referring to the demographic transformation of South-West Sydney over the past 50 years as a form of ethnic cleansing. The story of the Bankstown Synagogue is a case in point. Built in 1913, the Bankstown Synagogue was the first Jewish synagogue in suburban Sydney. It was firebombed and destroyed in 1991 as the suburb of Bankstown rapidly filled up with Islamist migrants escaping the Lebanese Civil War. I was only dimly aware of the story before I decided to try look up the location of the Bankstown Synagogue today on Google Streetview. I was just curious to see what the street looked like today. And then it hit me. My jaw literally dropped to the floor. The destroyed Bankstown Synagogue stood just a few doors down from the site of the Al Madinah Dawah Center today - the extremist ISIS linked mosque in Bankstown that radicalised the Bondi shooter Naveed Akram. So Naveed Akram was radicalised on a street where Australian Jews once prayed before being driven out essentially by ethnic cleansing. Within living memory, Bankstown moved from being a majority Anglo-Christian suburb with a functioning Jewish congregation to a plurality-Muslim suburb dominated by harsh and extreme forms of Islam. It really is Australia's Molenbeek. If you compare known ISIS foreign fighter recruitment rates from South-West Sydney with census data from the mid-2010s you quickly come to the shocking conclusion that roughly 1 in every 100 young Muslim men in this part of Sydney fought for ISIS in the mid-2010s - or were stopped by Australian authorities right as they were leaving the country to do so. Naveed Akram was radicalised to mass murder Jewish Australians at a mosque located just a few doors down from a destroyed synagogue. Yes, this is ethnic cleansing.

@Babygravy9 No one asked.. If someone had said “It is illegal to sell sperm for IVF but you could trade for breast milk, I guess, I don’t know why you’re asking me that.” I would have jumped on it. Why buy the cow?

"Take your melatonin," they said. "It's natural," they said. A study presented at the American Heart Association's 2025 Scientific Sessions reviewed 5 years of health records for over 130,000 adults with insomnia. Half used melatonin for at least a year. Half didn't. The results: long-term melatonin users had a 90% higher chance of developing heart failure. They were 3.5 times more likely to be hospitalized for it. And twice as likely to die from any cause. The lead researcher said: "Melatonin supplements may not be as harmless as commonly assumed." Here's what bothers me from a metabolic standpoint. Most people taking melatonin nightly aren't dealing with a melatonin deficiency. They have a blood sugar problem. Their liver runs out of glycogen by 2-3am, cortisol and adrenaline spike to compensate, and they wake up wired. Or they're so sympathetically dominant from stress, undereating, or caffeine that their nervous system physically can't switch off. So instead of fixing the metabolic root, they suppress the symptom with a hormone. Nightly & for years. And now we're seeing what happens when you override your own hormonal signaling with exogenous melatonin long-term. This study is observational, but the pattern is hard to ignore. Before reaching for melatonin, try the basics: eat enough during the day so your liver has glycogen at night. Have a snack before bed, milk with honey, fruit with cheese. Get morning sunlight to set your circadian rhythm naturally. Address the stress and the undereating. Let the body make its own melatonin when the conditions are right.

@Gnosisinformant @RealHellenist Nothing I said was false. I didn’t say that Phoenicians borrowed from Linear B. Absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence - Cypriots had a continuous “sibling” writing system (14th-4th) and still adopted the Lingua Franca in Phoenician.

That’s just false. Linear B was not used for centuries before Greeks adopt the alphabet. And Phoenicians were using the alphabet for a few centuries before the Greeks use it. It’s very speculative now many characters from Linear B the Phoenicians borrow, but defiantly not all 22. You can only match maybe 10 at most.

“Greeks copied the Phoenicians.” False. Phoenician was not an alphabet but an abjad, a consonant-only script. The Greeks could not have copied the alphabet because there wasn’t one. They created it by introducing vowels and constructing the first fully phonetic writing system, making speech fully visible. English WITH vowels: "The gods created order from chaos" You read it instantly. No effort. English WITHOUT vowels (abjad-style): "Th gds crtd rdr frm chs" Now look at it: “gds” → gods? goods? guides? “rdr” → order? rider? reader? “chs” → chaos? chess? choose? Greek was already written over 600 years earlier in Linear B. The script changed, the language did not. The Greeks didn’t learn writing from Phoenicians, they transformed writing itself. The Greeks shifted from syllabic writing to alphabetic precision, from partial notation to complete expression.
