There is no Archbishop of Canterbury. The See is vacant. You cannot make a woman a bishop, therefore she is not a bishop, and if she is not a bishop she cannot be an archbishop. So there is no Archbishop. Sarah Mullally, placed in that position, is not a valid archbishop and not validly ordained. That means whatever she does carries no authority, any sacrament she oversees, any bishop she consecrates, any priest she ordains are not bishops or priests, because the one attempting to ordain them is not a bishop at all.
