@freemysol Video Games, Comic Books, Table Top Role-Playing Games... these have always traditionally been male hobbies that we invited those interested women into.
I long to go back to the days of these being niche hobbies that normies bullied us for.

Gaming has always been a predominantly male hobby, and will likely always likely be. The lobbies are almost always filled with men. Accept the facts already.

@freemysol Its intentionally being disingenuous for clicks nothing more. It was and still is a predominantly male demographic which is why games started flopping when they started catering more to a female audience. Its the same reason comic book movies are flopping.

Why are we STILL having the convo of "video games are a male hobby" in 2026? Women have been in the space for the same time as guys. Other than 3 games in the 90s nothing directly is marketed to only to men. Depending on study, Women do make up 50 % of gamers too. So why?

@210LG I was 13 when Fable first came out. My first playthrough, I did all the noble and heroic things—or learned was considered that in the game.
My second playthrough, I wanted to see how evil the game would let you go.

Fable’s reputation system is basically trying to teach people: Be likable. Help people. Build trust. Treat people well even when they are not designed for your attraction. The game is giving players a social tutorial. And some still went “but are the NPCs hot enough?” You failed.

One of the things that made Cyborg 009 such a great series were the unique designs of the characters. Such a shame they decided to change that 😮💨...

The character is Cyborg 002, known for his aerial combat style, flight units built into his legs, and his background as a former delinquent group leader from New York’s West Side. In Cyborg 009: Nemesis, he’s officially listed with Mamoru Miyano as his new voice actor. What fans are reacting to most is the visual change.
