Under contract Mar 16, 2026 - just 12 days after being listed. The place was tidy & very well sited on 11 acres, so it was going to go quick. More on Lagniappe ⬇️

I’ve followed this house for almost 20-yrs. It was always known as ‘Lagniappe’ (pronounced LAN-yap) which in French means "a little something extra”. Architect likely a UVA grad but unknown. Listed for sale this week but sadly renamed ‘Little Gap Farm’ & shutters added.

I'm always disappointed when distinctive homes come on the market, the listing agent calls it an 'architectural gem' but fails to list the architect. It seems worth the time to research it. A case in point: c1930 New Rochelle NY ($2M) photos Julia B Fee redf.in/BMnJJ7

GTD class win by Ferrari #21 AF Corse with Antonio Fuoco pushing that 296 GT3 Evo for all it had to overtake the Aston Martin on the final lap! 🏁🏆 SENSATIONAL! Three times that team was penalized and clawed back to win. That is skill against all odds #IMSA #Sebring24hr

So much for leading GTD with 3hrs to go. The No. 21 AF Corse Ferrari hit with a penalty for contact with a Mustang rambling P10 in GTD Pro. The Ferrari knocked from P1 to P12 - likely a death blow 😕

@JeffMG68 @Davepower42 @GettingCooked I assume (but not sure) is that includes the steep buyers premium of 6% & last belt was 2016 so needed major service. Swap out the 3K single turbo for an IHI twin-turbo the 288 GTO used. That alone adds a lot more ponies in go power.

Did I mention tear downs in Lincoln Park? Workman’s cottage c1888, in fair shape but just listed $1.2 million for the land. That is a crazy premium. We walk by it daily. My two front old pics & from listing rear. Hefty property taxes for what it is ($20k). redf.in/I71ijr
