7-keto DHEA produces a dose-dependent REDUCTION in voluntary ETHANOL intake in rats More effective than DHEA at decreasing ethanol consumption Possibly acts via neurosteroid modulation of GABA-A function, maybe reducing enhancement of the inhibitory signaling

Ironically In history bread made from rye infected with this fungus killed thousands of people in the Middle Ages (St. Anthony's Fire) They got gangrene, lost their fingers and toes, and died in agony. That's what happened lmao

Bromocriptine's anti-obesity, anti-diabetic, and anti-cancer activity BC decreased expression of adipogenic activators, like Pparα Pparγ + Cebpα, lipogenic target genes like Me1 Acc1 6Pgd Fasn + Prkaa1 Reduced intracellular nitric oxide formation + expression of Tnfα and Il6

@hov992 x.com/gaezpeat/statu… Nah i take both its just that my mothers doctor wont prescribe her t3. But adding the substrate (minerals + vitamins) will help the conversion and rapidly became hypo to hyperthyroid by using only "high" dose t4 and had to lower dose. T4 only still ok
gaezv@gaezpeat

@tuhanmegistus Yes, in my country, Spain for example they dont prescribe T3 or very rare cases as it has a "bad reputation" when comes to cardiovascular issues. I myself take t3 and t4 and i think when taken intelligently and with the appropiate nutrition and health state can be benefitial aw.

@gaezpeat Why not take both? What's wrong with taking t3? Even NDT contain t3

@gaezpeat Gotcha, sounds like it’s about time to lower the dosage (working with doc on it) and then would be euthyroid, maybe could completely drop the meds over time.

@BerbarianWizard Good post, but sadly a lot of variables takes into account maybe for conventional people thats it. However even drugs that cause vasodilation like CCBs or even minoxidil can cause ed just from vasodilation in arterioles (even post drug usage). Also things like serotonin and more

Erections 101: sleep well, get morning light, eat enough carbs, keep glycogen full, breathe calmly through the nose, reduce gut irritation, and keep sodium, potassium, and magnesium balanced.

With the conclusion that t4 monotherapy might be as effective as t3 ans t4 or t3 only therapy. It specially shines in brain glucose utilization (mild nootropic) potentially neuroprotective, not as suppresive as t3, and many other little key benefita that t3 only dosnt support

I always heard that thing that t4 monotherapy dont work specially in old people with high stress and poor t4 to t3 conversion But imo t4 is a way safer approach for conventional people if you supplement with correct nutrition As every precursor hormone like dhea preg...
