@PGC1a_RB i started with 300mg one dose in the morning, but that make me feel flat, and didn't want to do anything, now i do 50mg SL, 2-3 times a day and it feels great.

Every time I actually try fish for more than a couple of days, I slide closer to the Peat interpretation: all PUFA is bad, even omega-3. Just quit the salmon experiment after only 14 days. - Way worse weight loss than beef - Sunburn - General sense of food not being satisfying - Increased appetite for heavy cream - Didn't feel quite 100% much of the time ("malaise?") Maybe it's a dose-makes-the-poison thing and the correct dose is "no more than 1-2 fish meals a week?"

@gaezpeat Its the same here in sweden too, i still give my parents t4,t3. Who cares about the doctors, if you can skip the doctor and get the good stuff and know what you are doing, you can do the same for your mother.

@hov992 x.com/gaezpeat/statu… Nah i take both its just that my mothers doctor wont prescribe her t3. But adding the substrate (minerals + vitamins) will help the conversion and rapidly became hypo to hyperthyroid by using only "high" dose t4 and had to lower dose. T4 only still ok

@tuhanmegistus Yes, in my country, Spain for example they dont prescribe T3 or very rare cases as it has a "bad reputation" when comes to cardiovascular issues. I myself take t3 and t4 and i think when taken intelligently and with the appropiate nutrition and health state can be benefitial aw.

My mom is hypothyroid since I was born I remember a year ago her asking me for T3 source as she kept being hypo even with 200mcg T4 monodose prescribed by doctor 1 year later now she is hyper thyroid all i gave her is a supplement of dessicated organs (zinc, selenium ..)

A woman should be able to temporarily tame a man, like Circe does, but not forever, it should be intermittent. This 'taming' is the man being softer and more romantic with her, before returning to his more 'beastly' nature later. If he doesn't do this then she'll constantly see him a like harmless pet, treating him nice enough but having no deep respect or attraction for him. I'll be expanding on this in my new community launching later this month.

Done this exact thing 4 years ago My notes: - serum T got above 1100 - DHT was 70s (used to be a messily 30) - libido and erectile quantity was great a first, but soon I started aromatising too much and lost some quality - APPETITE - Thermic effect of androsterone was very potent and actually became too hot in the summer
