It's not by donating boreholes for PR. He's always talking about investing in education when he (Obi) made education unaffordable the moment he became governor. Didn't he say that education isn't for the poor? You want to build and develop the North, but couldn't deny a simple allegation about the "religious phonecall" controversy that targets Northern Muslims. He sees a furure in the North, and not the South-East (his own region), or the South-west or South-south. So is it the four years he plans to rule that he will transform the North and move to the South? Everyone knows how powerful Northern votes are, all that talk on Arise TV is performative.
