@__snamber Hi Stefan, thanks for the feedback! We do have payroll APIs that many customers love, but it sounds like your provider hasn’t integrated with us yet. That said, our CSV process is designed to be quicker and easier than most. Always keen to improve – so I sent you a DM to chat!

I'lll make "has an API, SDK, or a plethora of integrations" a core point in evaluating future B2B tooling We're just setting up a mandatory UK pensions provider ( @getpenfold, I'll just say it) – the website looks modern and all, the employee portal is fine too (has some odd choice of investment plans, but okay) but when you log into the company portal it turns out you have to upload CSVs to create employees and then every month after payroll... That's the API – CSVs with static column names That's a bureaucracy-generator I'll tolerate for now, but long-term that's not sustainable, it's hours of busy-work over a year, puts humans in the loop which causes mistakes and is super expensive CRMs are notoriously bad at this too, even @attio doesn't have a first-class API, which was a real surprise to me

@emmalunn I can thoroughly recommend @getpenfold as a private pension for the self employed. It's really flexible and enables you to alter monthly payments at any time, not pay in at all or make one-off top ups. It is very easy to maintain and as it’s all online (or on App).
