@iOvrThoughtThis Getting someone contributing ASAP is always a big win on the onboarding process. Plus clean code speeds up any task involving reading/understanding code and new devs spend a huge % of their time trying to understand existing code

@iOvrThoughtThis Depends a bit on which piece of on-boarding you're looking at. But generally, cleaner code definitely makes it easier and faster for new devs to start contributing. We see a 5-15% lift in team velocity from cleaner code & that carries through to individual contributions.
