Understood. Alternatively, could you please go to our contact page at support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/reque…, then select "Troubleshoot login issues" beneath the "Sign in" button. This will take you to the chatbot where we'll gather some information and provide options to help get you back into your account.

The @axs customer experience is the worst. Queued for chat waited an hour. Queued again for another hour. Was asked for billing information not related to my question (red flag). Agent then closed the chat. Waited on hold via telephone for an hour, then the system disconnected.
