I’ve provided all requested documents, yet I’m only receiving generic “no update” messages.

@TideBusiness and you have delayed me for a week now. When I contact support they are saying account is under verification. It really takes 1 week? I have submitted all my documents and only response I am getting is we dont have any update.
@TideBusiness I have recently opened an account with Tide and I must say as a small business it is really frustrating and stressfull treatment I am getting from Tide. Whatever they advertise its not the same. You Guys are holding up my money which I need to pay for a new contract

I have already filed a complaint, and I was on call for 2 hours. I think you have enough evidence. You have cancelled my transfer, so now refund my money. It doesn't take that long. All other providers like Wise and all take 2 hours for any transactions.

@remitly no issues. Remitly was grilling me like I have taken their money. I got a charge from my mobile company for being on a call to them for 2 hours. Remitly please dont claim to be fastest ever, your service is worst.
@FedExIndia So please let me know what's going on as I am not happy to pay customs duty because it's for personal use. Same thing, fedex UK told me that I don't need to pay customs duty, so why I am getting two pieces of information from fedex UK and fedex India. Thank you
@FedExIndia 2. Why fedex didn't inform us that customs have charged the duties so what would you like to do? 3. Because of all these, the guaranteed service is affected as the tracking shows that the parcel is due for delivery on 15th January 2025.
@FedExIndia and it was nappies for my 5 month old baby. The receiver is my father in India, and he got a message that please pay INR 10441 as fedex has paid on his behalf to receive the parcel. My question is 1. It's for personal use , how can there be a customs duty.
@FedExIndia But for some reason, it was held in customs in Mumbai as they wanted KYC and ADC. But when I booked it, I clearly mentioned it's for personal effects. Only because airline doesn't allow more than 1 bag, I had extra weight, which I sent through fedex,
