@HiveHelper first you removed the payment method from my acct with no notification. I’ve tried adding 4 different cards & your website showed an error for every one. I called your customer service team who assured me they’d fixed this but have still had a ‘payment failed’ email.

@HiveHelper And now 30 minutes on hold only for someone to answer, me to hear your entire call centre in the background, and them breathe down the phone at me for 5 minutes without saying anything. Unreal.

You had no issue taking a £1 hold from the card so it’s clearly not a problem on my end. This is your failure, yet you continue to email me threatening to cancel my service. Not okay. @HiveHelper

@Jack_Emsley1 @RuthMayorcas @HounslowHways @Hounslow_Labour As someone who drives in / out of Airedale Ave every day, there is almost always someone parked in that exact spot. Makes it impossible to see when pulling in and out; very dangerous when trying to see cyclists too

@RuthMayorcas @HounslowHways @Hounslow_Labour Not good, will drop a note to parking. Traffic wardens are on strike at the moment, which has coincided with an increase in illegal parking. That being said, if incidents are becoming more common on this stretch, I'll ask for extra attention on Airedale, Netheravon and Homefield!
