I’m grateful to announce that I have been officially sworn in as a member of the Nigerian Army. Growing up, I watched soldiers risk everything to keep our country safe. Today, I have taken the same oath, to uphold the law, protect the vulnerable, and serve with honor, courage, and integrity. To my parents: Thank you for raising me to value service above self. To my trainers and mentors: Thank you for your discipline, guidance, and invaluable lessons. To my fellow Nigerians: This uniform is more than clothing, it is a promise. A promise to serve, protect, and defend our nation to the best of my ability. As I begin this journey, I humbly ask for your prayers and support. My first assignment takes me into a challenging area of operation, and I am committed to carrying out my duty with professionalism and dedication.
